Check whether the lubrication system, transmission system, electrical system, safety device, etc. are normal;
Check whether the connecting bolts of the mill are loose (cylinder flange and end cover, big gear connection; Liner fixing bolt connection; Whether the foot bolts and other parts are tightened)
2. Boot sequence:
Start the main motor of the mill -- start the feeding equipment to feed the mill -- water supply -- normal work;
3. Operation monitoring:
Pay attention to observe whether the ammeter of the starting cabinet is abnormal during use; Whether the mill runs smoothly, there is no normal vibration or abnormal sound. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection;
4. Shutdown steps:
Stop the feeding equipment for 5 minutes without feeding, but with water -- stop the main motor of the mill -- -- stop the water supply;
If the machine stops for more than 8 hours, the center of the cylinder must be supported by a jack to prevent deformation of the cylinder;
5. Daily maintenance:
Check the lubrication of mill reducer, big gear and main bearing seat regularly every week, and add lubricating oil in time;
Check the loosening of bolts every week and tighten them in time (wind gun fastening);
Keep the mill clean, clean the oil and surrounding debris regularly.
